At Hawkesyard Estate you can choose from our state-of-the art Parkland Suite for conferences and larger meetings and events or meet in period splendour at historic Hawkesyard Hall.

For occasions from business meetings to celebrations with family and friends you will enjoy a warm welcome, private licensed bars and a wide range of menus from buffets to themed dinners in our country park setting.

Parkland Suite

Formally the Manhattan Suite. Fully air conditioned, this modern function room has state-of-the-art audio visual facilities including wireless broadband. Suitable for conferences, large meetings, awards ceremonies, exhibitions, wedding fayres and parties, The Parkland Suite is situated upstairs at Hawkesyard Golf Club (formerly St Thomas’s Priory Golf Club). Enjoying panoramic views across the golf course and Hawkesyard Estate the Parkland Suite has a private fully stocked bar and French doors lead to the large outdoor patio area with seating.

Seating capacity: Up to 120 with marquee extension up to 200

Sir Robert Peel Room

The Sir Robert Peel Room is located at stunning 19th century Hawkesyard Hall with its gothic architecture, battlements and pinnacles. In this room your meeting is held around Sir Robert Peel’s very own wood carved dining table dating back to the 1800’s. With stunning views over the formal gardens and equipped with broadband this room is ideal for Board meetings or as a breakout room with its adjoining door to the Lister Suite.

Seating capacity: 2 – 16 people

Lister Suite

Located at historic Hawkesyard Hall this room is named after Nathaniel Lister, who purchased the Hall in 1759 and was the founder of the Census.

The Lister Suite has extensive views across the magnificent formal gardens and has broadband internet connection. This room is ideal for meetings, conferences and with adjoining connection to the Sir Robert Peel Room also accommodates small exhibitions. The Sir Robert Peel Room can be used as a breakout area via a connecting door. The Lister Suite is also licensed for civil wedding ceremonies.
