Hawkesyard Estate is the home of St Thomas's Priory Golf Club and historic Hawkesyard Hall and offers a choice of conference and meeting rooms, extensive grounds for outdoor events and parking for 200 cars with additional parking available. Hawkesyard is a stunning, unique and versatile venue.
Hawkesyard has the perfect geographical location for every kind of meeting and event, being just 10 minutes from Lichfield and 20 minutes from Stafford, just off the main A51 near Rugeley. For large outdoor events we have two access roads on to the Estate ensuring the free movement of traffic.
At Hawkesyard Estate we are able to offer a complete package for all conferences, meetings and indoor and outdoor events. Your designated event co-ordinator will ensure that your event planning and your event runs smoothly and your experience of Hawkesyard Estate is an enjoyable one. It is our aim that you will want to return here for all your business and social events.
Our customers include local councils, regional and national clubs, local and national businesses, breakfast clubs and many other varied clients and private individuals who have found our facilities and standard of service to be the best in the region. Hawkesyard Hall is also licensed for civil weddings.

18-Hole Golf Course
Combine your meeting with a round of golf on our 18-hole championship parkland golf course at St Thomas’s Priory Golf Club, located on the Estate. Or if time is tight, enjoy 9 holes with one of our Clubcar golf buggies. Become a corporate member and you can enjoy the golf facilities at member rates and preferential conference rates, subject to terms and conditions.
All-Weather Practice Range
Why not have a group golf session with our PGA golf professional where you can fine tune your game on the range or at the practice chipping and putting areas.
Team Building Events
Try your hand at team building events to make your day that bit more exciting. With our large conference area we can organise indoor team building events or for the more adventurous we can organise outdoor team building activities in our extensive grounds including a tunnel and formal gardens.
