Hawkesyard Golf Club  (formerly St. Thomas's Priory Golf Club) is situated on the Hawkesyard Estate in the heart of Staffordshire and just a few minutes easy drive from Lichfield, Stafford, Cannock and Rugeley. Set in a unique setting a visit to Hawkesyard is a must for any experienced or aspiring golfer.

Hawkesyard offers a challenging 18-hole championship parkland golf course with a covered practice range and extensive short-game practice facilities. Plus, as part of our ongoing investment in the course and facilities, we are the first golf club in Europe to install a revolutionary new surface (Flexi Pave) on our buggy path which will be rolled out across the whole course and has been featured in Golf magazines as far away as the United States.

Our first-class modern clubhouse has a golf retail corner for all your every-day golfing needs and Bar 19 with daily specials and guest ale's on offer.  Bar 19 at Hawkesyard Golf Club is a new concept in golf bars. This bar has been designed to make sure you receive a warm welcome at the club from the minute you step through the door. The bar has a sports feel with views over the 18th green on the bar TV and Sky Sports available on the big screens. As the half way house for the golf course you can also visit for refreshments before heading out for the challenge of the Back 9. After completing the course enjoy a refreshing drink and a light meal from the Bar 19 menu.

All types of functions can be catered for in our Parkland Suite on the upper level of the clubhouse, with its private bar, terrace overlooking the 18th green and panoramic views of Hawkesyard Estate.  This room can seat 120 people and a further 80 with our marquee extension.

3 minutes walk through the wedding walk is the spectacular 19th century Hawkesyard Hall, a grade II listed building surrounded by mature and picturesque gardens, a premier wedding venue and a charming place for meetings and events.
